BMW Unveils Next-Generation M4 GT3 Race Car
EVO Variant to Debut in 2025 Season
Improved Aerodynamics, Drivability, and Reduced Costs
BMW M Motorsports has unveiled the latest iteration of its GT race car, the BMW M4 GT3 EVO, which is set to debut in the 2025 season.
Building upon the success of the M6 GT3, the M4 GT3 EVO features a revised aerodynamic package that optimizes both speed and drivability. The car also boasts reduced operating costs, making it more accessible to privateer race teams.
BMW M CEO Markus Flasch introduced the M4 GT3 EVO as the new flagship of the BMW M Motorsport racing lineup. "The M4 GT3 EVO is the perfect combination of performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness," Flasch said. "It will allow our customers to compete successfully at the highest level of GT racing worldwide."
The BMW M4 GT3 EVO is based on the G82 BMW M4 and is homologated under the FIA Group GT3 category. As such, it will be eligible for competition in SRO, IMSA, and ADAC racing series.
